Hello to my Summer Loving Readers...Summer is always a great time to Feel FIT Motivated; by this I mean its time to work hard in getting that fit body we have always wanted. One fitness instructor who I have been following workouts with on YOUTUBE is Cassey Ho formally known as ‘Blogilates’. She’s a real fun Fitness motivator and very inspiring in helping us achieve our fitness goals in EATING HEALTHY, EXERCISING DAILY and to Feel Positively proud of all the hard work we put into exercising ourselves to looking Great.

Drink water (Add a Slice of
Lemon- optional) in the morning – This helps to detox and makes you feel
refreshed.
·
A light exercise to start your
day helps to energize the body.
·
Having a healthy & light
breakfast is good as it reduces any hunger craves, yet prevents you from
snacking so much before lunchtime.
·
Set yourself some goals for the
day or make a plan that you are going to stick by doing – This allows our minds
to focus positively and feel motivated in achieving everything we have planned
out.
·
As hard as it may be for some
people, resist the temptations of all those sweet snacking crave on the likes
of junk food. If I CAN DO IT, SO CAN YOU! Yet if you feel like snacking, snack
on a piece of fruit or drinking water as it can help fill your stomach up and
makes you less in wanting to snack.

Intake smaller food portions, a
useful way is use a smaller plate than normal as this allows you to only intake
as much as you can place on that plate.
·
If you say you are going to
Exercise, then DO IT!!...Truly motivate yourself and focus on achieving that
healthy body. Whether it’s in preparation to look good for the summer beach, to
fit into a special wedding dress or to what other reasons. Only you can achieve that body yourselves, so
with a positive attitude to motivate ourselves we can achieve anything and
everything.

Sometimes although we maintain
a healthy eating habit, now and again we can treat ourselves to something we
may crave…so on the weekends it’s ok to indulge in what we haven’t had for a
while.
·
If you find you haven’t managed
to exercise due to work, try fit it in after work as you will feel proud,
possibly tired out but after a nice shower/bath and to relax it out. You will have a great night Sleep after a
long and busy day.
YOU CAN DO IT! AIM & WORK HARD IN ACHIEVING THAT HEALTHY LOOK!!
